Interposition is the concept that calls for conservatives to form their own sanctuary cities, counties and states to create a Conservative National Coalition (CNC). Part 1 released of Conservataive trilogy

SCOTUS gives Gay Mafia ammo to kill American values. The Conservative Party’s SCOTUS Trilogy This is the first essay of a three (3) part series that outlines CP-USA’s response to the recent SCOTUS rulings and what Americans should do to help save America. Part 1 – SCOTUS Gave Gay Mafia Ammo to Kill American Values Few can reasonably dispute that Justice Roberts and Justice Kennedy have been totally intimidated by Obama and the liberal media for the past six years. They’re more interested in securing a “proper” legacy in the eyes of the liberal commentariat than being judges who properly interpret the law and Constitution. The liberal media and gay mafia have posted numerous editorials during the past three years that essentially threatened to discredit SCOTUS if it failed to rule according to their wishes. It worked. Roberts should have pressed Kagan and Ginsburg to recuse themselves from the gay marriage case because they actually participated in gay marriages. That is bias personified. Republicans should have also demanded those two ultra-libs recuse themselves but that would have taken a little political courage so there was no chance of that happening. Instead of expressing full-throated outrage at the ruling that made gay marriage legal in 50 states, a number of Republicans actually said “Oh well, it’s now settled law. Let’s move on.” How pathetic! Have you ever heard a liberal meekly say “Oh, it’s settled now. Let’s move on” after losing a case? NEVER. Have you ever seen an article written by a liberal that urged Democrats to drop the social issues so they wouldn’t offend Independents or Christians? NEVER. Only weak-kneed and jelly-spined Republicans like McConnell, Boehner and Graham would ever say “Oh well, it’s now settled law. Let’s move on.” Only simple-minded Republicans want that party to change its core beliefs to accommodate current polls. Sadly, many Republicans will do exactly that. The gay mafia and their kindred spirits in the media lost when California rejected gay marriage.twice. Liberals simply reloaded, hired more high-powered lawyers and overturned the will of the people in the courts. They repeated that approach in other states: voters rejected gay marriage; lawyers and judges tossed those votes in the trash. It is certainly despicable the Court illegally stripped Americans of the power to manage their own social affairs in their respective states. SCOTUS certainly exceeded its Constitutional mandate in this case. But the REAL problem is that the gay mafia and their malevolent lawyers will now attack, vilify and marginalize Christians who refuse to comply with their wishes. Wicked liberals will now use the heavy hand of government to force people to toe the line with impunity. Fines, property confiscation and arrests will soon follow. The attack on Christians has already started: The Oregon Labor Commission just fined a bakery $135,000 for refusing to bake a cake for a gay wedding. In addition, the Commission slammed a gag order on the owners that forbids them from making public comments in their defense. America – as we know it – is on the brink Who will speak for and defend Christians who wish to practice traditional American values? The GOP? Fat Chance. Who will defy the gay mafia, their underhanded lawyers and supplicant media? The ACLU? Never happen. Christians, Evangelicals, churches and conservatives who cherish traditional American values must fend for themselves. Like Ted Cruz, the Conservative Party firmly believes that SCOTUS has crossed the line and lost much of its legitimacy with the ACA and gay marriage decisions. CP-USA supports the idea of engaging in peaceful civil disobedience by ignoring the SCOTUS ruling on gay marriage for as long as possible. Government workers and governors should refuse to issue gay marriage licenses since OH, TN, MI and KY were the only states directly affected in that case. Hold the line. Resist. Refuse to issue such licenses. Toss every administrative and legal monkey-wrench into the mix. Make the gay mafia jump over multiple layers of shifting legal obstacles at every turn. Do not be afraid of lawsuits since that delays final action. File counter lawsuits. Keep resisting until we elect a real President who will fix this God forsaken Supreme Court. Resist until we rid ourselves of McConnell and Boehner, et al. Resist until we elect enough true conservatives to Congress to reverse America’s slouch towards Gomorrah. JOIN the Conservative Party. We will speak for genuine social, fiscal and constitutional conservatism
